Filevi Shipping Policy

Welcome to Filevi, your trusted destination for timeless and luxurious jewelry. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Custom or made-to-order jewelry may take longer to process — typically 7–14 business days, depending on design complexity. Estimated production times are listed on each product page.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to supply chain issues, we will contact you by email to provide an updated timeline.


2. Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (North Macedonia): 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Europe: 5–10 business days.
  • International: 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Weather conditions, customs delays, and courier issues may occasionally extend delivery times.


3. Shipping carriers

We work with trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local postal services to ensure secure and timely delivery. You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.


4. Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your shipment. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@filevi.com.


5. Customs, duties, and taxes

Filevi is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs and taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking your country’s import policies before placing an international order.


6. Damages and lost packages

Filevi is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We are happy to assist with claim documentation or replacement options where applicable.


7. Incorrect shipping information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Filevi is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you realize your address is incorrect after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@filevi.com. We will do our best to update it before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed.


8. Split shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages (for example, if part of your order is made-to-order or stocked in a different warehouse). You will receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.


9. In-store pickup (if applicable)

If we offer in-store pickup or collection, customers can choose this option at checkout. Pickup orders are usually ready within 1–2 business days. We’ll send you an email when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.

Bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID when collecting your jewelry.


10. Returns due to delivery failure

If a shipment is returned to us due to delivery failure (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed package, unpaid customs fees), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

If we are unable to reach you within 14 days, the order will be canceled and refunded minus original shipping costs.
