By purchasing from Filevi, you agree to the terms below.


1. Returns eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition (including packaging, tags, and certificates).
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • The item must not be a custom-made, engraved, personalized, or final sale product (see Section 2).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.


2. Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-designed or made-to-order jewelry.
  • Engraved or personalized pieces.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact our support team before returning it.


3. Return process

To start a return, contact us at support@filevi.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • A brief explanation for the return.
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective).

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Filevi error or product defect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item or an item of equal value if stock allows. Exchanges are processed once we receive and inspect the original item.

If the replacement item costs more or less than the original, we will adjust the payment or refund the difference accordingly.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Damaged or defective items

We carefully inspect all jewelry before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@filevi.com.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
  3. We will review the claim and may offer a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation.

Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered under this policy.


7. Order cancellations

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order enters production or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

For custom or made-to-order jewelry, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours after purchase.


8. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or card account again.
  2. Contact your bank or card provider — processing delays may occur.
  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at support@filevi.com.

10. Custom orders & guarantees

All custom Filevi jewelry is made specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of these items, returns and refunds are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

We stand behind our craftsmanship and offer a 1-year quality guarantee against manufacturing defects on all Filevi jewelry. Please contact us if you experience any issues within this period.


11. Changes to this policy

Filevi reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
